Directions to the Tipp City Mum Festival
Getting to the Tipp City Mum Festival is easy. Located in beautiful, historic Tipp City, just north of Vandalia, the Festival is easily accessible from all directions. See you at the festival!!
"Just Where am I Supposed to Park?"
Friday Night
Main Street, from Hyatt to First Street, will be closed from 4 PM until 10 PM on Friday to allow for the various Cruise-in and Street Dance activities. Additionally, the first blocks, both north and south of Main street, will be closed. Parking will be permitted on all other side streets.
Saturday Morning
Street Closures: The parade route (N. Hyatt street and Main Street from Hyatt to N. Second street, and N. Second Street) will be closed from approximately 10 AM – 12:30 PM. Also closed to stage the parade units will be Park Avenue, Donn Davis Way, and N. Hyatt Street.
Those taking part in the parade are asked to park in the A.O. Smith parking lot on N. Fourth Street.
Festival Attendees
After the parade and during the remainder of the festival weekend, parking will be available for residents and out-of-towners at the Jr. High School Lot on N. Hyatt Street, and in the parking lots at the following establishments located on Park Avenue: Upper Valley Medical Center, Master Builders, and Proto Plastics. Parking will also be available at the A. O. Smith Corp. area off of N. Third Street. Limited parking will also be available in the parking lot off of Wagon Wheel Road in the City Park.
Handicap parking is available for vehicles bearing the proper handicap placard in the lot at the north end of the City Park off N. Third Street. Vehicles parked in this lot without the appropriate handicap placard are subject to being ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.
Two shuttles will be available on Saturday from 8 AM to 10 AM for Parade Participants.
Handicap-accessible shuttle service will be available Noon to 8 PM on Saturday.
